Payment + Shipping

ORDERS: Orders are processed and shipped within 4 BUSINESS days after purchasing, excluding weekends, holidays, custom orders and wholesale orders. Most items are available for immediate shipping. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day.

PAYMENT: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Cost: $8 per order

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are issued tracking numbers, which usually takes 5-10 days to be delivered after the order has shipped.
Express Mail shipping is also available. Express orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed and generally takes 1 day to be delivered after the order has shipped.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

DOPE ON ARRIVAL NYC reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free USPS shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $100. Use code FREESHIP at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Cost: $30 per order

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Dope On Arrival NYC. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
